The Wedding Look
For the beach ceremony at Avani+ Phuket, the bride wore a deep maroon lehenga with heavy embroidery, so the makeup had to hold its own against the outfit without looking heavy in bright coastal daylight. We kept the base soft and luminous, warmed the eyes to sit with the maroon and gold, and finished with a rosy lip that stays natural in close-up photos.
A destination wedding by the sea brings its own challenges: humidity, sea breeze and hours of rituals outdoors. The look was built in thin, well-set layers so it stayed fresh from the varmala through the pheras and the celebration that followed.

The Pre-Wedding Look
For the same bride's pre-wedding celebration, the brief was lighter and more playful: a blush-pink outfit, soft pink eyes, a dewy glow and loose curls with a delicate side braid and tiny hair accessories, made to look effortless in a garden setting.
